These appear to be the best earphones for shape, fit and comfort. Accidentally bought iPod earphones that were not Apple and they were a disaster! Used with iPod touch.

There is no way on this earth these are genuine Apple earphones, unless, of course, they are genuine Apple earphone REJECTS. The sound quality is abysmal. In fact, I can't bear to listen to my ipod through them. They are a total and complete waste of money. When I first used them I thought my ipod was broken. I had to adjust the volume limit to full just to be able to hear any sound and when I did, I wished I hadn't bothered!! Please don't buy them. Just wish I had tried them when I first received them.

Though it is not as good as the original ear phones, it is still sounds close to the original, guess anyone who is looking for a substitution. This is the PRODUCT!

I bought two pairs of these one pair were faulty on arival with one ear piece falling apart and the other has lasted about three weeks

I may be wrong but I don't know if these are legitimate Apple products. They arrived without the original packaging and whilst they look almost identical to the headphones that came with my ipod they do not produce the same sound quality. The headphones cannot handle the bass like my last pair and also are quieter. If this is the updated headphones from Apple then they have dropped their quality of production.
