Sound quality is just crap. Even the standard iPod earbuds give better sound quality than these ones.

Volume slider doesn't function at all, cheap wire is particularly inflexible, sound quality not great, which doesn't really matter, because the damn earpieces won't stay in (so I've got big earholes... ).
Well - you get what you pay for, and these are going back. (If I manage to keep my temper with them long enough not to destroy them in frustration. I knew this was going to be bad week to give up smoking...)
Utter rubbish February 28, 2008
I wish I'd read other reviews before I bought these in a hurry at lunchtime. The sound quality is appalling, and that's being polite about it. The volume switch was glued down, and when I managed to get it moving it switched one ear down at a time. They went straight back to the shop, who also appear to have grossly overcharged me. I have now got a pair of Sennheisers CX-300 that I am thrilled with.

I just bought these at lunchtime before reading everyone else's reviews. I wish I'd read the review first! They really are awful. The left earphone is quieter than the right one and everything sounds really flat. Stay away!

I decided to shelf out a bit for a noise cancelling earphones after my cheaper pairs all failed. Its sound when i first got was ok, nothing special, its noise cancelling was minimal at best and I found the plug will easily fall out ( I have big ears, lol) Well after a few weeks it packed up, the left ear went and now its sitting in my drawer like a relic...
I reccomend getting phillips tbh, I have a decent cheap pair that has been good for a fare few months now. Dont buy this tho. Its cack and will fail within a month.
