Cheap & cheerful - some issues September 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The good:
* Easy to install * Face removes for security * Sounds ok * Looks ok
The bad: * Buttons are too small * Tiny writing on some of the multi-function buttons is impossible to read from driving seat * Not that easy to use in practice * Face plate connection mechanism not very good on mine & front pops off too easily by accident
Summary: * It's cheap * It's not the best
stu June 26, 2008 I have no complaints about this stereo. It was sent quickly and arrived in good condition and is good value for money. Easy enough to connect(if your car's wiring is in good order).
Great November 26, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This player is great, it looks and sounds good and is very easy to use (I didn't even have trouble tuning in the radio preset station thing).
I also had difficulty installing, but not because of instructions, quite simply the leads on my Nissan didn't match the connection that was on the player, so for about 6 pounds I brought the adapter and it was fine.
This is teh bets one Ive seen for this price, its excellent
Replacement August 15, 2007 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
Im really happy with this system. It looks good and sounds great. The only problem I had was when i installed it i found it tricky to follow the instructions. As this was the first time I ever replaced a radio and i didnt know that on most systems there are only 2 leads rather than 3 (as in my case) but after getting a second opinion i had it installed in a jiffy.
